Ann Biddle Wilkinson

Ann Biddle (1742–1807) was married (November 12, 1778 in Philadelphia) to the eventual ranking officer of the U.S. Army, General James Wilkinson.[1]

She was also first cousin of Charles Biddle, an associate of Aaron Burr,[2] and Wilkinson's marriage to the dynamic Biddle only helped his career as a politician and general.[3][4]

She died February 23, 1807.[5][6] With James Wilkinson, she had two children: John Wilkinson (1780–1796) and James Biddle (c. 1783 – September 17, 1813).[7]
